An overlong, almost incoherent rant about silly things that don’t matter.

I uploaded a video to YouTube today.

This video is ten-ish minutes longer than the one I uploaded yesterday, and that one was twenty-ish minutes longer than I intended, so I will be surprised if anybody watches it. I’ll be even more surprised if anybody who does watch it likes it, and that’s okay; I know these are terrible, both in production quality and content, but we all gotta start somewhere.

If anybody is interested, I spent about an hour ranting about the supposed outrage over Elon Musk hosting SNL. I didn’t see any of the outrage, but I…

Watch an odd man rant over an old Prager U YouTube video featuring Jocko Willink.

Today I uploaded a video to YouTube.

This video is much longer than I intended, and the quality is terrible, and I skipped over some pretty important points, but I uploaded it anyway because I spent a fair bit of time on it and I didn’t want to just delete the damn thing. So, if you have forty-five minutes and nothing better to do, give it a watch. If you’re interested, but just don’t have the time or desire to watch some dumb shit, I’ll do my best to sum up the main points.

This morning I was feeling…

Figuratively, That Is

I like my dick. I don’t love it, it’s not the greatest dick in the world, but it is a part of my body, and I have become dependent on it for multiple things in life. Throughout my life I have been more or less fond of it, feeling sometimes something of an ambivalence toward the organ and at others being properly infatuated with the thing. At this point in my life I’d say I’m content with it, I use it daily and I’m pleased with its functions, but I wouldn’t pass up an opportunity for something better. Why are…

One time my grandpa hit me with a two-by-four. I couldn’t have been more than six years old at the time. It was pretty gnarly. I watched the upper half of the board tumble, twist and turn through the air, he’d hit me with enough zest to break the board on my bum and, though it hurt and frightened and saddened me, there was something numinous in the way that broken piece of wood — wood which would never be given the opportunity to serve its intended purpose — gracefully arced through the air and pirouetted with genteel compunction to…

James Cameron shared a delirious vision of a potential future in which war-fighting robots and omnipresent, malevolent computer programs rule the Earth while humankind clings, barely, to survival in the ruins of our once-great societies. The series is one of my favorites. The Wachowski sisters channeled psychology, philosophy, and technological progress to share a similar parable, and though it has its many critics I remain, staunchly, a fan. Ridley Scott tossed his two cents in the bucket as well, along with John Carpenter and so many others. These films constitute my favorite genre of fiction, speculative, dare I say cautionary…

Today is my wife’s birthday. She was killed just over seven years ago. It really sucked. After she died I went off the deep end, and I did a lot of damage on the way down. Not just to myself, either. I permanently scarred my children, destroyed what little we had managed to build as a family, hurt the few family members I still had and burned essentially every bridge with the few friends I had, basically I was like a shitstreak on the underwear of everyone in my life that remained and attempted to help me, or at the…

And Some Other Silly Bullshit

This is some silly shit I just made. I’ve been quite depressed of late, and that always sucks.

This morning my regularly scheduled panic attack was interrupted by catastrophic diarrhea, and that sucked too, but it was a change of pace, and that’s always nice.

I don’t know about you guys, but it sure is fun to watch these YouTube videos of scammers getting pwned. I’ve come across them in the past, but today I’ve been on a binge. And not the type of binge that lasts six days and leaves you full of shame and regret, though I guess there is some shame and regret involved after seven hours of sitting up in bed and telling yourself Just one more video. Anyway, I stumbled upon a YouTube channel this morning and have been watching a charismatic young man prank and confront internet scammers for…

I’ve always had issues with Veterans’ Day. I think it’s dangerous in the first place to fetishize things in general, but it’s immeasurably more so to exalt the state, and specifically the military. Most Americans, I’m confident, would agree that North Korea is on some next level dictator-brainwash shit when they worship the Kims, when they prostrate themselves and deify the Glorious Supreme Leader; but these Americans fail to make the connection. What does it say about us as a nation when we can’t even play a high school sports game without removing our hats and saying a prayer to…

Know Your Enemy

Here’s a short video, watch it!!

As I said in my previous post, I don’t want to sensationalize and ridicule people, I don’t want to spread more division and hate and fear. I genuinely believe that we need to come together and heal. I am not taking a soft, centrist stance, I am not saying there are good people on both sides, I am not saying we need to give anybody a pass. …
